PLEASE NOTE: we do not offer free returns, costs are youre own expense.
Can I return my order?
Yes, that is possible.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the items within 30 days of receipt. The return shipment must meet the following conditions:
All parts, components and packaging must be intact and in the same condition as when received.
Only normal handling is allowed; damage due to improper use will not be accepted.
Items that require hygiene regulations must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return procedure.
Defective products must be reported immediately upon receipt to be eligible for return.
Return shipping costs may be charged according to our policy.
Returns will be processed within 7 business days, provided all conditions are met. You will receive a confirmation once the return has been approved.
Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How can I return my order?

Reason for return
Photo of the product (if damaged)
First and last name
Address details
After receiving your e-mail, we will contact you and provide you with the return address.
Important: Never send your return to the sender. We will send you the correct return address as soon as your return request has been approved. The costs for the return shipment are for the customer's account.
Cancellation of an order
You can cancel your order within 12 hours after placing it. After this period, cancellation is no longer possible and our standard return policy applies. Do you want to cancel? Then contact us as soon as possible.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions, provided that they are natural persons who conclude a contract for purposes that cannot be attributed primarily to a commercial or independent professional activity.
Conditions for withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier) have received the last goods.
Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after placement. This means that we cannot interrupt the shipping process and a refund is only possible after we have received the returned goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (for example by e-mail). The costs for return shipping are borne by the buyer.
Shipping and refunds
Our products are shipped from Asia, which can result in longer delivery times over which we have no influence. If the order is already on its way, withdrawal is not possible. You can return the goods after receipt according to our returns policy.
To ensure a quick processing, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation of the return.
In case of cancellation, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the standard shipping costs (except for additional costs for a different shipping method than the cheapest standard delivery). The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request and will be processed via the same payment method as the original transaction. There will be no additional costs for this.
